I would not recommend The Old Swan Hotel unless the price was low, which it was on this occasion
I would not recommend The Old Swan Hotel because of your policy for dining with a dog. We also did not understand as residents why the restaurant menu was not available to us.

I would not recommend The Old Swan Hotel because our rooms overlooked the front and the noise of the wedding went on until midnight followed by vans packing up the equipment.
We were charged £9.50 for a pina colada mocktail!!
on arriving back on the Saturday afternoon the hotel frontage was completely blocked by wedding guests. There were no parking spaces although we had already paid for one the previous day. Simons response was that it was on a first come basis and he could give us an on street parking disc. There were no spaces on the street. Got the impression he could not care less.
Very disappointed with our repeat visit.
